THE DETAILS
Booking Policies + Details
Bookings begin 1 year in advance. If your wedding date falls after that, you will be added to our waitlist and notified once your date opens.
A signed contract + 20% retainer are required to secure a date.
Due to high demand, Saturday bookings have a 6 service minimum (for example, hair + makeup for 1 person would count as 2 services.)
An admin fee of $200 will apply to each wedding booking and goes toward managing correspondence, coordination with artists, scheduling, and pre-wedding arrangements.
If you're a Florida bride, you will be booked under our Florida team unless requesting Sara under her destination travel fee.
Most services are performed on-location, meaning our artists will travel directly to your for ultimate client convenience.
Travel fees are based on location. A standard travel fee of $75+ will apply to each appointment and is subject to increase based on number of artists working event and distance.
A destination travel fee including accommodations will apply for events taking place 3+ hours outside of service location.
Gratuity is not included, you're welcome to tip your artist directly on the day of.
